All the classes are Live online via Zoom.
You will receive lots of instruction and demonstration as well as corrections on alignment etc as and when needed.
There is a class on my timetable to suit everyone, whether you are totally new to exercise, recovering from injury or exercise regularly.
You even the opportunity to experience 1 : 1 instruction dedicated especially to your needs with my 1 : 1  30 & 60 minute classes.
New catch up recordings are now available so you never have to miss a class.
