Live Online Pilates Class Saturday 11.30am

Finish the week with a strength and stretch morning Pilates class.

Stretching is a wonderful way to reduce stress and to loosen the muscles.

This class still includes our standing warm up and usual roll down, plank, push up sequences.

However the matwork is at a more relaxed pace and more time is allocated to stretching after each exercise.

This class feels fantastic, especially after the Friday evening Barre class, try the combination for yourself.
